SEPT 18th, 2010 11:30PM (Minneapolis, MN) — The Johnson Twins will be performing at The Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant following the recent release of their first EP; Mississippi Monster which is now available on Itunes and for purchase at shows.

The Johnson Twins have often joked that this is their mantra, the eclectic instrumentation does end up turning a few heads. For this group fiddle is no longer just ornamentation, it is one of the main components filling out their sound. Add this twist to a range of compelling songs moving from banjo and accordion to bass, keys, drums and cajon. Suddenly there’s a firm musical base to support the beautiful sound of twin brothers singing in harmony.
